Come get 3 hours of Contract Law. We have noticed that there is some misunderstandings on the BINSR, so we decided to develop a CE class that would help you understand it a little better and use it to help get your deals CLOSED not CANCELLED!
What: “BINSR Mayhem”
The student will learn the following:
- Upon taking this course, the student will be more effectively able to assist the consumer in conducting due diligence by utilizing the AAR Residential Contract, Seller Property Disclosure Statement and the Buyer’s Inspection Notice and Seller Response forms.
