Last chance before the end of the year! Here is my next CE class! Come get 3 hours of Commissioner Standards Code of Ethics. This fulfills the 2-year requirement.
What: “Code Word: Ethics Commissioner Standards and NAR Ethics”
The Student will learn:
This class will provide the students with both 3 hours of CS credit, as well as the fulfillment of the NAR required Quadrennial Ethics class.
In the class, the students will see the similarity in many cases between the NAR Code of Ethics and the Arizona Department of Real Estate Commissioners Standards.
Students will also learn the process for filing a grievance against another Realtor® for violation of the Code, or arbitration when there is a commission dispute.
Specific rules and obligations under both will be discussed.
