The student will learn the following:
What is it that you do not understand about fair? A delineation of the law. An examination of the Federal and State laws regarding FH. Testers…who and what are they. Case law. A more basic class regarding the laws of Fair Housing. “NOT your father’s Fair Housing class.” You will be engaged and challenged with several real life scenarios and court cases. How can I protect myself as an Agent. A FUN and entertaining / educational class.
