The student will learn the following:
What is it that you do not understand about fair? A delineation of the law. An examination of the Federal and State laws regarding FH. Testers…who and what are they. Case law. A more basic class regarding the laws of Fair Housing. “NOT your father’s Fair Housing class.” You will be engaged and challenged with several real-life scenarios and court cases. How can I protect myself as an Agent? A FUN and entertaining/educational class.
