Tim O’Neall, ACI is the Founder and President of AZ Property Inspections and is a licensed and ASHI Certified Home Inspector. Tim has conducted more than 11,000 inspections in Arizona since 1996. He has a background in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Tim’s high energy and interactive class gives students an in-depth understanding of the inspection process from the Inspectors eye.
