Elizabeth has been with Equity Title Agency for 13 years and in the industry for a total of 25 years. She has held management positions as well as developing an in-house escrow and title services for one of the cities largest home builders. Her unique experience allow her to see each transaction from both a title and escrow point of view!

Schedule “A” (Policy Specifics)
Schedule “B-I (Requirements)These matters must be accomplished before title insurance will be issued
Schedule “B-II” (Exceptions)The title policy will not insure against these items
What Requires My Attention?
Tax Liens or Judgments on the owner
Trust, Corporate, Probate issues on your Client
Bankruptcy requirements on the owner
Undisclosed Loans on the property
