Are you new to real estate? Been in the business a while and just want to hone your skills? Each Wednesday we offer a different class on a variety of topics including Flexmls, RPR, CloudCMA and more. As a former ARMLS trainer, I know a lot of the behind the scenes tips and tricks to take your business to the next level! I would love to help you become more proficient with the tools you use every day.
July 12th – Searching in Flexmls – Discover some searching tips to make your searching faster and more efficient.
July 19th – CMAs – Learn how to search for comps and pull them into the Full CMA. We will also look at how to get a Statistical CMA to gather information on your farm area.
July 26th – Statistics and Monsoon – Learn how to quickly and easily gather statistics on your farm area as well as how to use Monsoon to check conversion rates on subdivisions to be sure that you are using your marketing dollars wisely.
