What: “Negotiating Skills for the 2017 Contract”
The student will learn the following:
A comprehensive look at the changes in the 2017 Residential Purchase contract in terms of the heightened requirements for Agents to negotiate with Buyers/ Sellers/ and other Agents.
A look at what the professionals advise for developing your Negotiation skills (NAR Study).
Use of Roll Playing to review the classes level of skill and make suggestions from the class for improvements.
An Agency quiz and Instructor feedback.
The use of the BINSR under the new contract terms.
Handling price changes properly.
