Are you new to real estate? Been in the business a while and just want to hone your skills? Each Wednesday we offer a different class on a variety of topics including Title and Escrow and more. As a former ARMLS trainer I know a lot of the behind the scenes tips and tricks to take your business to the next level! I would love to help you become more proficient with the tools you use everyday.
5th – The Escrow Process – This class will cover the escrow process from start to finish. Come learn what happens in the life of an escrow and how you can better assist your clients to have a smooth closing.
12th- Transaction Tracking- We will cover the Listing and Selling Agents responsibilities in providing documents and information to your escrow officer during the transaction. Be in the know and be able to prepare your buyer or seller on what types of information will be needed up front.
19th – Investing in Real Estate – Join our guest instructor Ryan Rippy as he shows you how to invest in real estate using a Self-Directed IRA/401K. Learn about income tax deductions by utilizing these investment methods, rules and regulations as well as going through a case study. This class is a lunch and learn and RSVPs will be needed.
