In this class you will learn NEW information about rooftop solar homes beginning with the new Solar Addendum effective October 1, 2017 (drafted by the AZ Association of Realtors)
Some of the new changes are:
- APS new rules and regulations that will dramatically impact the sale of solar homes
- New battery solar systems that will greatly lessen consumer reliance on present utility companies
- The impact of having a grandfathered or a non-grandfathered solar system and its impact on resale of rooftop solar homes
- The NEW SOLAR ADDENDUM and its impact on how Realtors sell solar homes.
