What: “The Case Against Working with Friends and Family”
The student will learn the following:
- Nothing causes more tears and angst than when a friend or family member uses another real estate agent!
- However, representing friends and family is not always easy and it can often add more risk to the transaction.
- This course takes a fresh and humorous twist on the subject – actually making that case that contrary to popular wisdom sometimes it may be best not to work with your friends and family.
- Agency topics covered include risk, required disclosures & agency relationships.
