estate agents you are helping buyers and sellers
with some really big decisions in their lives. We
are more effective and successful when we
understand each other’s behavioral styles and
learn to communicate accordingly. As we gain
understanding of ourselves, we have greater
understanding of others, which improves
communication, builds teamwork and stimulates
motivation.
