Join us for a fun and informative class all about the Purchase Contract and avoiding common pitfalls.
3 Hours of Contract CE Credit
Develop your skills with the new AAR Purchase contract and how to use Earnest Money to add merit and credibility to your offer without the risk.
The class will also cover:
1. How to write a contingency correctly
2. How to protect your buyer outside of the inspection period without penalty
3. Protect yourself, your brokerage and your client under RESPA
4. Writing timely and meaningful disclosures
5. How to position your client to succeed in getting what they want
6. Add value to the SPDS
This class will be taught by Cec Daniels who has 40+ years history and experience in real estate and developed GRI modules on Contract and Agency. In addition, he has worked on over 300 cases in real estate litigation as an expert. his unique ability to make the contract come alive contributed to his being named the Educator of the Year for NAR.
